Advice for suggestions

Asked for Female, 58 Years

My mother has been having dry cough since 4-5 days accompanied with severe pain in the stomach while coughing and now it's getting even more worse the pain and cough. Even though she has already taken medications but it has not relieve. Please doctor can you help me advice on what steps to be taken further and what might be the reason
