Advanced OCD case
After being a full year on ZOLOFT treating OCD everything was fine . One year later i started to experience the same symptoms again but this time with ANXIETY .. so what shall i do .

OCD have a waxing and waning course. Anxiety can co-occur with OCD. Your anxiety will reduce once OCD is taken care off. Zoloft (Sertraline) which you were taking can be given in dose range of 50-200mg. You might need medication for a long period of time.
