Acne vulgaris... its physiological response, depends on the harmonal fluctuations.. may be due stress, lack of sleep,exams ...etc... it also depends on the hereditary how we responds to circulating androgens,which leads to a post acne scarring & pigmentory changes.
Different modalities are available to control the acne &prevent the complications.
Like isotretin, oral antibiotics, topical retiniods & antibiotics, salicylic & mandalic peels, other combinations peels,Ipl-light theray...etc.
