ADHD or ADD
My son is very very loud and boisterous. He doesnt sit in one place, and has been sent home from school multiple times because he was disrupting the class. He's like an engine. He runs around, until he exhausts his energy, and then falls asleep. Doctor, is it possible he has ADHD or ADD? What is the difference between the two?

Yes, it is possible. You need to take the child to a Pediatrician. He may need counselling and behavioural therapy and medications as well.
