Hello, someone i know takes 30 mg of Adderall for their ADD. The thing is, this person lifts weights very frequently, and although in good shape and very healthy; they realize their heart rate is higher then normal when excercising. Its to the point where they notice it and although is high, its not overwhelming. So i guess my question is, when is the point this person should stop excercising while on medication and when is the heart rate too harmful for the body?

Adderall can cause increase in heart beati g, even anxiety can cause increase in heart beat, generally 60-100 is the normal range of heart beating. If any symptoms are there need to consult cardiologist.Generally for good health doctors don't advice gyming 30 min moderate exercise daily more than enough to stay a person fit
