Acute Mouth Ulcers
I have accute mouth ulcers from last 5 days ! I have used Zytee and candid ointment for these ulcers ...I have also taken some vitamin B medicines ...but the ulcers are still there and getting woest day by day ..I an not able to eat anything ,my whole mouth is burning including my lips ..

You seem to having apthous ulcers of the mouth. Usually they will resolve within a week. If they are still persistent then other diagnosis for ulcers needs to be ruled out. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist
