I hd taken venlafaxine first 150 and then 300mg for 6 months. After few weeks of quitting i started getting confused. Is it a serotonin syndrome.

Serotonin syndrome doesn't occur after discontinuation. It might be discontinuation symptoms that occur after abrupt cessation of use of venlafaxine
