I am having lot of acidity.Feeling of vomiting for last 10 days. can there be pain in my spinal cord due to acidity? Which med should I take?which food to avoid for acidity?

No there is no possibility of pain in the spinal cord due to acidity. Abnormal sitting position, longtime use of computer and mobile devices can be the cause of pain in the spinal cord.
Next Steps
For a reflex take diet low in spices and oil. Avoid tea coffee chocolate. Take small meal at more frequent intervals. For spinal cord pain consult to neurologist
