Acute acidity
Acute acidity leads to pain in shoulders, neck, head, forehead and eyebrows and triggers migraine. Happens almost 2-3 times in a month and lasts for 2-3 days each time.

hello madam, kindly get ct scan of the brain plain done, complete haemogram , then consult a physician /neurologist/ gastroenterologist and decide later bye

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Acidity wouldn't do this. Kindly get yourself checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  As of now you can take a tab. Pantakind once a day half an hour before food for 5 days.
