Actually I have two cutting scar
I have two cutting scar over my face, one is of due to knife almost 15 years back and one is of 6 years back from steel component. Normally scar having stitching especially due to these reasons while treating at beginning from any doctor but in my case stitching not happen, but first upper layer is removed, so till the date I didn't went from any kind of surgical treatment or suggestion from any odermatologist. But now I need some best treatment which give me some result, will it possible kindly suggest me.

Scars are amenable to various treatment options and it has to be customized based on your scar type. The treatment depends on the duration of scar and ability to follow-up. The advance treatment option includes Fractional CO2 lasers in multiple sessions and is currently the procedure of choice. Other options include dermaroller with or without mesotherapy, subcision and some other procedure. Certain patient benefit when oral medications are given concomitantly. Topical creams may be of little use and will supplement laser treatment.
