Act very weird, mostly angry or sad..
I act very weird at times, my mood is mostly angry, sad, or I just want to avoid people... At times I don't fell talking to anyone. But this is just one side of me... At other times in fraction of munites I feel like being with people, talking to someone... Most of the times I want to cry... Also I don't want any of my close people to help me... It feels like it is too much to handle, everything seems too heavy on head, when i actually know that my life is going fine... Even when angry or sad, I don't show it to anyone and if anyone notices I make some reason for bad mood like improper sleep etc. I don't want anyone to know about what is happening to me, and also I want to get rid of it... Can you please suggest something or help me out?

Hello dear it's a psychological problem called as cyclothymia or bypoler personality but it's in initial level so you have to consult with a good Psychetrist and don't worry about it it's totally curable.
