Have an acne right on the side of the nose that doesn't have a head since like 5 months so consulted doctor online through procato like 45days back she gave me adapelene and doxycycline course is done still no use and progress, fell like pinching it . Can someone help me out get rid of this

This could b a Cystic kind of acne and it takes time to subside. if it still doesn't improve with time then u can opt for procedures like peels and sometimes injectables which will help reduce it faster.
