Acne,too oily,scar
Looks too oily resulting in more acne day by day.is there any chance using oil removing salcyclic face wash or cindamycin phosphate oinment causing my face to produce more oil.is oil free moisturizer helps to reduce oil?. is oil blotting papers useful?.is it true,when oil is removed using anything in face,it will result in more oil due to dryness

Its not completely true.
Instead use greengram powder to wash face. Use natural products than chemically prepared creams.
