I have develop acne scars due to finger n
nail touch. Also having acne problems.
Please suggest how can I stop acne and reduce scar from face and what intake I should take

During early stage of acne formation if proper treatment is given then we can reduce scar formation. Scars do not go with medication. They need surgery like subcision ,dermaroller , cross or laser. You need to send your photograph for further evaluation n treatment.
