Greeting,
I can understand your frustration when it comes to acne scars - but frankly - there is not simple cure. Since its a physical deformity in the skin, physical methods for is correction are needed - which will ultimately stimulate the collagen remodelling to happen to improve the skin of the face. No creams would help pits and scars. See a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards,
