Acne scars and pores

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello sir I have a acne scars, which look like crater on moon but small and my pimples reoccurring again and again ,my doctor prescribed tretiva 20 mg, but it worked only when i was on the meds. What to do now ,i tried Aloe Vera etc and i wish clean and clear face wash.
