Hi there, its rosacea and a number of factors can trigger it like extreme temperatures, sun exposure, stress, Spicy n hot food n beverages, alcohol. So minimise ur exposure to these factors, can reduce the flare ups, like using sunscreen lotions, avoid contact with cosmetics which contains alcohol may help. And dont irritate skin by rubbing or scratching. Homeopathy helps you to getrid of the problem permanently, suggesting u to consult a qualified homeopath. Hope it helps.
