Dear patient , it's important to have a dual mode of action for such conditions . Aim should be to prevent new pimples from erupting and to dry the older ones simultaneously so that they don't leave any scar and dark spots . Though dark spots can be managed later on , it's very difficult to treat the scars because of acne and the worst part of acne is that most of them leave a scar or pigmentation when heal . Aim is to constrict the glands which is making the secretions on which bacteria find a good medium to multiply . So peels along with anti acne medication and oral tablets may help you out . It may take 4-6 weeks to get a proper control over them and according to the results we have to manage the drugs .
