Acne problem
I have acne all over my face and skin type is oily. Someone recommend me to use acnesol to treat my acne. Please help and advise the best

Have to see which type of acne lesion is there.
Acnesol recommend but not for each and every type of lesions & also it will cause dryness and burning.
