Acne/Pimple and marks.

I have combination skin and TOO MANY cystic pimples on my forehead. I have no regular routine for my face cleansing activities. I wash my face once in the morning with Clear and Clear fave wash. Although it leaves my fave dry, I do nor put on a moisturizer because I'm scared that it will make my skin break out even more. I don't use sunscreen too. But sometimes when I feel my skin is too dry, I put on aloe vera gel from Patanjali. Help me, I pick my pimples a lot too. I have way too many scars and the pimples never stop too. It's been the same since I was 16. But it's on an extreme level right now. I think I have a little dandruff too.
