Acne, PCOS, facial hair

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi, I have had severe acne since i was teenager, i went on accutane for 6 months there was some difference but not much. My acne came back again much stronger. I was Diagnosed with PCOS i started taking medication and my acne reduced alot. But now again its coming back badly. Please help me find a treatment which gives me quick results removes acne and scar. Thanks
