Acne on my hand

I do have acne on my arm particularly one arm on the right. Quadriderm is the cream which I apply and it completely vanishes. It's been there for 8 years. Please let me know whom to visit and how to get rid of it

Please do t use steroid creams like quadriderm, it will cause serious side effects. You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
