Hello! I am getting acne bumps and dry skin all over my face. This has never happened before. The acne is just bumbs no infections. It’s in patches everywhere. Please help

The acne bonds could be comedones.. or those bombs could also be papule which has information under the surface. The treatment would depend upon the type of acne and hence examination would be needed before deciding on the line of Management. I would need to see your photos to help you better - you could send them on the follow up chat. Also Use a non comedogenic moisturiser - for your dryness. These do not rigger acne. Also look for anything that could ahve triggered your acne - like any new cosmetic you used; recent worsening of stress, weather changes, change of place, etc.
