I have got a big acne on my cheek... Could u pls tell what shud i apply so that no mark is left on my skin. It's a matter of my face.. Please help

Probably you have a nodulocystic variant of acne. Don't manipulate the acne by yourself. A Dermatologist may wish to inject a miniscule amount of medication to clear it off.
