Actually i have been getting pimple like things on my back and they even spread up to my cheast area i cant understand y , i have rrd cpured pimples and once they burst they leave marks some white circle and black over it . What shall i do to treat it at home and what are its causes . Can i treat it at home please help .

Hello, Truncal / back acne are difficult areas to treat. You need to send some pictures of your acne so we can differentiate grades of acne and treat it accordingly Treatment at home is not recommended initially but then it can be done once your acne marks are settled. Both oral medication and sprays lotion would help to ease those active acne and pigmentations and scar can be later on taken care by peels and lasers
