I am having thyroid and I am taking med daily, I have active acne and red spots on the face. I need a treatment for this as I have my wedding in 2 months

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne is a hormonal issue. It has different severity in different people. Start using salicylic acid facewash and consult online for proper case study and treatment in your case.
