When i use ethiglo face wash my face looks fresh but. I guess iam getting pimple due to tis.. but m nt sure.. does tis face wash gives pimples

No face wash generally does not cause pimples.
Reason for your pimples may be different.
Like stress, inappropriate sleep, food habits, hormonal changes in body etc
