Acne, anf moles on cheek and forehead

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I m 17 yrs now... From last two years, i am suffering from severe acne, acne marks on my both cheeks near nose and on forehead... I have moles too on my right cheek only... I have tried many home remedies to get rid of them, but all went in vain ... What's the tenure of these acne???? .....and What's the best medicine for them???
