Acne and redness
I never had acne or breakouts on my face since I was a teenager but from the last month I've been noticing acne on my both cheeks fews bumps on my forehead.
It started with 1-2 pimples but now a large part of my cheeks have been covered.
Any suggestions /help.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne could be due to stress hormonal imbalance oily skin. Do take a proper consultation to treat the same.
