Acne and pimple marks
I've always had a problem of pimples
I use to think one I grow older it will be fine
But no success
I get pimples quite frequently and the worse part is their marks takes literally ages to lighten up I've tried many creams and even safi Please tell me if there is a cream which I can apply to get rid of this proble

Hi
You seem to be having adult acne. This acne is due to underlying hormonal or lifestyle problems. Please eat healthy and include plenty of fruits and vegetables. Exercise regularly and avoid junk food. Avoid smoking.
Please use a salicylic acid face wash twice a day. Use a broad spectrum sun screen regularly. Don't pick at the acne.
If the scars are persistent you may need oral retinol tablets. These are given after blood tests and prescribed by a dermatologist.
