See face wash is not the treatment of pimples...that makes ur face more dry...because of dryness it becomes some what black...so its my advise to have these medicines and see the effects...and along with these medicine u have to make sure to sleep early and to relive constipation...late night sleep and constipation may be the cause to increase ur problems....
Next Steps
1) Panchtikta guggula 2-0-2 2) Avippatikar 1tsp-0-1tsp 3) Raktapachaka 2-0-2 4)Gandharva haritki 2 tab at bedtime. 5) Himalya Acne kit
Health Tips
along with these early to sleep... take Cows ghee 2 tsp mix with ur food or  take orally... dnt cont think about ur problem...because streess is the maine reason to increase problems in skin diseases....

Thank you for your question! As an ayurvedic practitioner, I suggest you to use neem based products. However, several companies available in market only use extracts with negligible quantity and minimal effects on your skin. I recommend you to go for DR. Vaidya's Herbocharm Facepack and get checked for any allergies you might be having with respect to the skin. You can also opt for a private consultation to get started on your custom treatment.
