Acne and dark spots. Money treatment?

Hi, I have acne problem since teenage. Currently the acne is mainly concentrated on my forehead region. I even have started getting pimples on my scalp (i.e., at the left and right side of my forehead). I really want to get this cured from depth as the scar is really prominent and because of which I am losing my self confidence. I really want a clear and glowy skin. Could you please advise me on this? Like, whom should I contact to get this rectified because I have spent a lot of money in the past few years and would like to get an effective but value for money treatment? Also, please suggest me if there is something that I should avoid in my regular diet. I am a vegetarian for your kind information. Many thanks, Dipika
