It is important to rule out any hormonal issues which may be responsible for your acne. A detailed history and evaluation is needed, so visit a dermatologist for the same. Meanwhile, focus on taking a healthy diet with plenty of greens, fruits and water and exercise regularly. Avoid oily applications on your face and scalp. Once you have consulted a dermatologist you will be started on specific cleansers and gels with benzoyl peroxide or retinoids to clear the acne depending upon your skin type and acne severity. Oral meds may be needed. Peels also help greatly in clearing the acne and spots. Avoid sun and do not pick on your acne as these will leave ugly blemishes which are harder to treat than the acne itself.

Hello there..... Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water.... Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which can worsen acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin..... Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens....Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring. Consult Dermatologist...
