I have a small bumps on my forehead I get it frequently but sometimes it itself goes and sometimes will not So can anyone please suggest me a good spot cream and also a good serum for acne and good skin like salicylic acid serum or tea tree oil Please suggest me Thank you for your valuable time for reading my problem.
