Am a post kidney transplant patient my immunosupression medicine is taconimus,myforti and pedisolene.recently i hv painful pimple in my face.can i use anti bacteria l gel for acne?did cylindamycin phosphate gel is sage for me?

Post transplant medicines like Prednisone can give rise to pimples.
Clindamycin topical gel ,won't be absorbed in a quantity sufficient to cause any adverse effects , otherwise you can add aziderm 20 gel for application
