Acne at this age is hormonal , requires proper evaluation
Are you periods regular ?
What’s the distribution of acne on face?
Lower face affected more ??
And secondly isotretinoin takes time to act
So kindly consult with proper pics and history to guide you further

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Would require history to rule out if there is any causative factors.Even need image...plus acne takes time to clear...you need to be regular with medicines and follow up with treating doctor .
