Hi I am 24 year old I am suffering from severe acne and acne scars I have seen to various drmatologist near me but have not seen any changes in that please suggest me some effective home remedies for my hyper pigmentation acne scars and for treating my acne. My doctor has suggested me to use tretinoin which I am using regularly for about 7 months but have not seen ny results.please suggest home remedy. Thank you.

There are no home remedies for scars. Many treatment options are available for Acne scars and pigmentation which the pimples leave behind after healing. Some creams are available but they are not very effective as you have already tried. Chemical peels can help you reduce the scars and pigmentation but the best treatment is carbon dioxide laser. Carbon dioxide laser resurfascing can improve the scars by about 60 to 80 percent in about 6 sittings. You can call me and visit me for treatment.
