ACL ligament
I have a ligament complete tear in my right knee as per my MRI scan I would not like to know if I need to go for an operation or can it be cured without operation.

this little information is not quite conclusive for suggestion about the procedure of management. it is important to see that which ligament is torn in your case. please review with your full report of M.R.I of right knee joint.
