Acidity, stomach ache
I have a acidity or stomach ache in uppar part...in indoscopy result is hernia is upper part...dr. said it us comman harnia...i take my food very carefully. ...very less....how can i cure hernia in ayurved. ..whenever i take rice it feels me very heavy in stomach.
