Hello There. I can understand your concern. here are a few things you can do. be strict with your diet, if somethings do not suit you , then its better to avoid those. have smaller meals at regular intervals. like instead of 3 full meals, have 5 smaller meals and out of those 5, let 2 be completely of fruits and vegetables. avoid eating 2 hours before bed time. capsule. pan-L once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.

If any spicy food is increasing your gastritis then you have to avoid. You need to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, sweets and sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. You can take pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.

You can take PPI like Pantoprazole to control your gastritis. You have to avoid spicy and oily food and take meals at regular intervals. If these don't help please see a doctor.
