Acidity , Mild Stomach Pain & Flatulence
I had flatulence symptoms before two months , advised for 5 days antibiotics of rifagut 200 . Again relapse after one month with conformation on stool routine test having acidic stool and pus value 6-8 , completed same course for 10 days in addition with xymex , rebaprazol with speedy intestine, Lactic Acid Bacillus Tablets. But symptoms are same. It get worse at night Intestine Gas , Acidity and mild stomach pain. How should I proceed further for the treatment?

You might be having something like IBS. Avoid outside food and bakery stuff. Avoid milk at bedtime. Have food at regular intervals. Have early dinner. Avoid oily foods, chocolates especially at night. Cap. Sompraz IT 1-0-0(1/2 hour before breakfast) for 10 days might be of help. Take Tab. Rifagut 550 1-0-1 after food for 2-3 weeks. Cap Procraft 1-0-0 after food. For 3-4 weeks

Repeat your stool routine examination,if it shows pus cell more than 6 then do culture, Repeat Rifagut 550 mg twice daily for 7 days along rabeprazole
