Acidity every morning
I tend to feel acidic(burning chest) every morning. It normalises after I have something heavy for breakfast or lunch. What should I do?

GERD pr Acid reflux is a common problem these days. Ot is a lifestyle disease. Most important is to regularise lifestyle. Avoid stress anxiety etc. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Start with treatment after proper consultation to avoid long term complications.
