Hello doctor I m suffering from acidity.empty stomach morning k time acidity banti hai jyada.breast k niche side heavyness n light pain ho jata.I m already taken medicine (pantax).when I stop taken this.problm fir se hone lagti hai.plzz help dr

Madam the site of pain you are describing is not classical site for acidity. Please get an ultrasound done to rule out gall stones. Take pantocid for a minimum of 21 days. Get back to me with the ultrasound report
