Acidity and constipation due to allergy.

I have shown too many gas and endocrologist, psychiastrist , and cardiologist doctor since  last 6months.I  have done many test all were negative. Now I come to know that I have allergy due to stress. My body react under sun and rain and child water. And my body start burn.I have also taken metronidazole 400 mg and Abd plus. I have taken Pan 40 and ranitidine 300 mg two b.d before meal. I relief to take Goldcal in morning, cetrizine5mg and lactizip syrup at night and I have to take pan 40 mg cap and ranitidine 300 both in morning. Then my stomach clear. What should I do. After every time I have to face apthous ulcer and urticaria problem,pyoderma and whole day my both hands heat. Which gas medicine should take for allergy pan 40 or ranitidine 300 in morning. Plz suggest. Or should I increase cetrizine 5mg to 10 mg . I have only 50 % stomach clear in morning.
