Acidity and body pain & fatigue,weekness

1. NEXPRO IT 2. Librax 3. Prescon Plus 4. NEUROBION forte 5. SHELCAL 500 This concern is related of my mother. Need help. she was suffering weakness, Fatigue, massal pain,sleepless and earlier she was suffering acidity issue. and she fill full body pain and fatigue. and as well as as per she said ...this fatigue and weekness she face ad-hoc in day and need to take directly bed rest. we have visited one of Gastroenterologist day before yesterday and we did sonography. sonography is normal. and later he has given above medicines. but still she is feeling same weekness and fatigue.
