Acidity&stomach pain
I am having acidity problem since 2 year i started taking pantoprazol empty stomach initially and then some time acidity happen then i take digene..it worked for some time then again my acidity came back then i took a course of hp kit suggested by general physician it again subsided from time now recently again i am having gas issue majorly and itching in my anus also when i use pressure a very small fleshy thing comes out and go inside also first my stomach pains then i poop... I recently showed it to gastrologist she gave me two three meds and two ointment to apply as she says its anal fissue and she told me to take a domperidone empty stomach in morning and one in night also 2 tabs gerbisa in night also random sound comes from my stomach every time.i dont know what is the issue i am having a bit stressfull life and i am trying to cope up i have changed my enitre diet what should i do ?? Should i change my doctor coz my general physician has given me hameorids creme...pl help

Hello well yes your history typically looks like hemorrhoids as you are telling mass is coming out when you are going to pass motions... I would suggest you to meet another General Surgeon so that we can examine humour and decide whether it's a fissure or haemorrhoids...Thank you
