Acid reflux with constipation
I have major acidity and avid reflux problem.
I have to take antiacid for that.
But i have bad constipation also.
Whenever i am taking antiqcid it increases my constipation.
Whatever i eat it gives heart burn and stuck feeling in throat. Result constipation.
