Acid reflux with constipation
I have major acidity and avid reflux problem. I have to take antiacid for that. But i have bad constipation also. Whenever i am taking antiqcid it increases my constipation. Whatever i eat it gives heart burn and stuck feeling in throat. Result constipation.

When antacid increases problem then stop  contacting through online. For powder   plenty of water.    Milk  no fried

Modify your diet with bulk fo leafy vegetables and water intake.. Don't take Chinese and spicy food
