Acid reflux with chest discomfort
I am having stomach issues from last 5-6 months now. Taking medicine but no relief. I have done Sonography but everything is normal. Currently acid reflux is minor but when the food comes back to mouth & i spit it out it, Cough is present in it. But in simple i dont have cold or cough. I have chest discomfort sometimes in middle of chest or above nipple. Please help!!

It's probably a GERD ,see a general surgeon or gastroenterologist

looks like gastroesophageal reflux disease. Keep upright posture for 30 minutes after meal. Left lateral position in night. take oral PPI for 4 weeks.

You should do upper GI scopy and the should visit nearest surgeon to rule out GERD, HIATUS HERNIA OR LAX LES... meanwhile you can take simple tablet Pan40 before meals in morning and night
