Acid reflux
What is acid reflux? How can this be treated? Why it happens and what the steps to avoid it? I have this burning sensation in my chest every night.

Your Gastro- Esophagial junction becomes lax and with your dietary habits changes it happens.  Kindly follow following: [ ] Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your meal timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. add much as you want thereafter. Don't liye down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Start going for morning walk ( start from 1 km/ week, increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 per week. Avoid wearing tight geans ( it compresses your belly/ stomach). Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc.
