I have acid reflux problem. This effects me more while drinking morning tea, breakfast. Few times while eating lunch too. Due to this I take lots of water while eating breakfast and lunch. I tried to avoid the problem by eating food with curd. But it's a temporary relief. Can someone suggest what food/drinks to avoid and health fitness I need to follow? Previously I used to eat lot of spicy food but now avoiding due this acid reflux problem.
